Rtambhara tatra prajna
Translation
There, insight is truth-bearing.
Interpretation
In Cognitive Absorption without seed and beyond reflection, i.e. Nirbija/Nirvicara Samadhi, one has direct cognition or insight unimpeded by any veils or colorings which only and alone can be called truth-bearing.
